RESIDENTIAL DESIGN SERVICES:

Quick Fix: This design service is ideal for clients that have a good foundation but need those finishing touches for a more cohesive look. It’s also great if you're thinking about selling and need some ideas on how to stage your home. Services included but not limited to are installing art / gallery wall, custom & readymade pillow packages, adding window treatments, updating the mantle accessories, finding a new centerpiece, or swapping out bedding.
Design Kickstart: This service is ideal for clients that are at the beginning of a design project. It may be a room you know needs an update, but where do you start? Or you are working on a remodel/new construction. You may be on decision-making overload and worried about making the wrong selections and wasting money doing so. We will start with an in-person meeting to discuss your goals/functions of the space. The meeting will ideally take place in your home, unless this is new construction. In that case we’ll meet for coffee and review plans. From there we will set you up with all you need to create your dream room. You’ll receive a floor plan and vision boards showing you specific material selections, paint color recommendations, furniture/cabinetry, lighting, art. You will have details on all the products we are recommending. We’ve laid it all out, now it’s in your hands to complete as you see fit.

Project Management: This service is offered with all design projects. We will coordinate with all contractors and vendors to ensure your job keeps moving along smoothly. We will keep you up to date on lead times and help troubleshoot any hiccups along the way.
RENTAL DESIGN SERVICES:
Are you new to the rental business and overwhelmed with where to start? Or, have you been doing this for years now, but feel like it’s time for an update? Whether you’d like to see property getting more dates booked for the season/year, want to make a little more per rental, or just want to boost your ratings.
Just Starting Off, Help Me: This service is perfect for those who need the fundamentals of getting a
vacation rental ready for guests. I will start by meeting with you and finding out who you are trying to
attract to the area. We’ll review the space together and come up with a game plan that will include
furniture layouts, vision boards, and specific product recommendations. From there you can check
off design goals at your own pace.
Booked for the Year: You have a rental property and want it in tip-top shape for your guests. The minute there is an opening people know and are begging to rent! We start by meeting in the space, talk about how you’d like it to function, get to know the type of renter you’re looking to attract…. couples, bachelorette/girls weekend, family vacation. This client demands a certain level of luxury and service with their stay. We are here to help set your space apart so no design detail is left unattended.
